  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 3/4 cup curd
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cream
  • 3 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp dry curry powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Chicken Chow Mein Recipe?

  • To make Chicken Tikka, first clean the chicken pieces thoroughly.
  • Now take a bowl and make a paste by adding cream, curd, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, cardamom, garam masala, cumin, green chillies, dry curry powder, black pepper, salt etc.
