3. Precautions to be taken while making Chicken Biryani.?

Chicken, rice and onion should be taken in equal proportion to make the biryani tasty.

While making rice for biryani, the rice should be washed well and soaked so that the rice will swell nicely. Squeeze lemon in water while cooking rice so that the rice looks white. When the rice is cooked, add ghee so that it covers the entire rice. Marinate the chicken before making the biryani to give the chicken a nice taste.

Half cook the chicken and rice first. After that cook it on medium heat so that it tastes good and gets well mixed.

While frying the onion, first fry it on medium flame and then gradually increase the flame so that the onion does not get burnt and cooks properly. Also, after cutting the onion, add salt to it and then fry it so that the onion becomes crispy.

Take the chicken biryani hot in a plate and add ghee on it. Then garnish with mint and coriander leaves. Ghee will give biryani a nice flavor and mint coriander will also make it look attractive.

Best Chicken Biryani Recipe | How to make the Best biryani at home

Let’s have a look at the recipe to make Chicken Biryani which is shiny and sizzling, everyone’s favorite and very easy to make.

Material

  • Half a kilo of chicken
  • Half a kilo of basmati rice
  • 400 grams of curd
  • 4 Tablespoons Sajuk Ghee
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp green chili paste
  • Mint, Aal, Garlic, Green Chilli and Coriander Paste (Green Chutney)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 to 7 green cardamoms
  • 5 cloves
  • cumin
  • Shahajire
  • 3 Veldode
  • 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon red chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 to 4 star full
  • Half a kilo of chopped onion
  • lemon
  • 2 fried onion slices
  • Saffron soaked in milk

Action :

  • To make Chicken Biryani, first cook the rice. Heat water in a pan. Squeeze half a lemon and add some oil and add the rice and cook the rice to 80%.
  • After the rice is cooked, take out the water and add a little ghee on it.
  • Then add chicken, a tablespoon of ginger, garlic, green chili paste, curd and salt in a bowl and mix well. Keep this for an hour for marinating the chicken.
  • To make biryani masala, heat a tawa and add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, cumin, cardamom and cumin seeds to it and make a fine powder in a mixer. Your biryani masala is ready.
  • Heat a bowl of oil in a pot, add bay leaf, star flower and chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown. Once the onion is cooked, add biryani masala, red chillies, turmeric, 2 tbsp ghee and green chutney to it and saute. Then add the marinated chicken and mix well and cook the chicken.
  • Remove half of the chicken from the cooked chicken and add the cooked rice to the remaining chicken and add the chopped coriander. Then add a layer of chicken and rice again, add the soaked saffron and ghee and cover it.
  • Heat a tawa on gas and place biryani on it and cook on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Remove in a plate and serve the chicken biryani piping hot.
