  • 1 tsp curd
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

  • First of all wash and clean the chicken. Then make ginger garlic paste and add curd, salt, chili, coriander etc. to it. Now mix the chicken pieces in this paste and after doing this cover the vessel for some time.
  • Now mash the onion and tomato well in the mixer. Be careful not to miss pieces.
  • Now take a pan, add oil and heat it, then add chopped onion and tomato paste and fry it well. Also add salt, chili, coriander, turmeric, garam masala etc. and mix the whole mixture well And then keep it to cook.
  • When the masala is cooked well, add the chicken pieces mixed in the paste. Now mix this whole mixture well and add 1-1/2 cups of water. Keep in mind that do not add too much water, otherwise it will take more time to cook.
  • Now cover the pan for some time so that the curry gets cooked properly. Leave it for 3-4 minutes and then turn off the gas. Your piping hot chicken curry is ready.
