Chicken Liver Fry Recipe | How to Make Chicken Liver Fry
Material:
- 400 grams chicken liver cut into cubes
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 medium sized onions – finely chopped
- 1 medium sized tomato – finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder as per taste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 5 teaspoons salt as per taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)
- Lemon for garnish (optional)
- Ginger juliennes for garnish
- 1 tbsp oil

How To Make Chicken Liver Fry Recipe:
- Wash the liver and cut it into cubes. Now put ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and coriander powder in it and keep it to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok and add cumin seeds. Add onions and fry till light brown. Then add tomatoes and let it cook so that crunchy or raw tomatoes turn out.
- Top up with chicken livers.
- Mix and fry on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Add some water and stir well. Cover and stir every 3 minutes, making sure the liver does not stick to the pan. Check to see if the lever is cutting properly.
