  • 4 green chilies
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp coconut powder
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Chicken Masala Recipe?

  • To make chicken masala, first take the chicken and clean it thoroughly. Now put poppy seeds in the pan and fry it lightly, then add coconut powder and grind it well in both the mixers.
  • After doing this, take green chillies, tomatoes and onions and chop them finely with the help of a knife.
  • Now heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and green chillies to hot oil and fry on low flame. After doing this, add ginger garlic paste, red chili, coriander and turmeric to this mixture and fry all the spices well.
